The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park.

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park is a comprehensive industrial complex that integrates R&D, technology commercialization, clinical applications and manufacturing. It targets emerging sectors such as advanced intelligent manufacturing, information technology, new materials and new energy vehicles.

Covering 52,000 square meters with a total floor area of 241,300 square meters, the park comprises three factory buildings and one mixed-use complex. It provides a full range of on-site amenities — factories, apartments, canteens, supermarkets, commercial spaces and offices — with roughly 169,300 square meters of industrial space and about 25,000 square meters of residential and commercial facilities.

The buildings are designed for flexible industrial use: first floors have 7.5-meter clear heights and floor-load capacity of 2,000 kg per square meter; second and third floors offer 6.9-meter clear heights and 1,200 kg per square meter load capacity; standard floors provide 6-meter clear heights with loads of 650-750 kg per square meter. First-floor loading docks support efficient logistics. The layout enables integrated R&D, office and production functions suitable for large-scale manufacturing and corporate headquarters.

To ensure reliable power and safe electricity use, the park has a total capacity of 30,000 kVA supplied by three substations. It also includes refrigeration rooms, fresh-air systems, exhaust-treatment facilities, cooling towers and ample process shafts to meet diverse enterprise needs. Future plans call for a combined cooling, heat and power system to deliver stable, efficient industrial steam and chilled water.
